    Hi,
I want to translate the plugin BBpress.
Many goes just fine but there are some that are translated using loco translate but are not translated on the front of the site.

What I think is strange: those translations are turned orange in loco translate. I have never seen this before, so I don’t know the meaning is of that color.
I use a child theme for the theme ExS.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

those translations are turned orange in loco translate.

Possibly you’re referring to Fuzzy strings?

Either remove the fuzzy flag in the editor (cloud icon at top right of translation pane) or ensure these strings are compiled into your MO files: See “Include fuzzy strings” https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual/settings#mo

Still the translations won’t come through.

Is it because I use a self created (by plugin) child theme?

I only provide help using the functions of my file editor. It seems fuzzy strings was not your problem.

I don’t provide general help with theme or plugin authorship, or issues loading translations correctly.

If you are localising your own child theme please consult this guide to see if you are doing it correctly: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/child-themes

    Hi,
    I understand completely.

So I have set the theme to the parant, still not the string is translated although I have it translated in loco translate.

I even set the theme to Twenty Twenty one, still no translations.

I installed a new theme Woostify, still the string is not translated.

Do you have any suggestions for me please?

    Thank you

    Kind regards, Klaziena
