    Hello,

    Please check the screenshot:

    https://prnt.sc/I0S97XFfQkOX

    https://prnt.sc/9M4X7wb0K1GA

    Two questions please:

1# There are already Renaming Methods of Auto and Manual.

It will support automatically renaming when images are uploaded, and it will support manually renaming.

But, there is On upload too, I am quite confused by on Upload here, what does exactly mean here, what is used for?

2# Second question please: Why Based on Attached Post (Title) for On Upload?

For most product images, it is designed and export from Photoshop or other tools, and there is no EXIF at all, or at least we optimize it by erease the EXIF data.

There is only four option: None, Clean Upload, EXIF title, and Ai vision, but there is no option of “Based on Attached Post (Title)”, and please check the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/sKXbFo6eXlw4

Did you miss it (“Based on Attached Post (Title)”)? or, is that your intend design please?

I checked your official documents, but the documentations seems not updated, could you please clarify? or maybe you would like to update the documentation?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey @alexliii! ??

The “On Upload” methods are executed when you upload new media through your WordPress library.

During upload, it’s challenging to accurately retrieve the linked post. Therefore, this data cannot be fetched to rename your media at that time. However, you can utilize the “rename on save” feature, which triggers an automatic rename based on the post title once your post is updated.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reply.

We understand EXIF and AI vision, but, what does Clean Upload mean here? and what is the difference between “Clean Upload” and “None”?

    Thanks in advance.
