• Hi, I am working on a site for a client of mine and after testing this plugin ‘ widget we decided not to use it.

    I have disabled the plug-in, removed from Facebook permissions and removed or deactivated the thing from within mobilemonkey itself but IT IS STILL THERE!!!

    I read some more threads and followed advice to reconnect it and then disconnect again but every time I try to create a new bot or refresh the token I get an extremely annoying “for some reason you need to log back in” EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!!

    It should not be this difficult to remove this, and in fact I can’t see an obvious menu to remove my account details from MM at all.

    Please. Help.

    Ok, I have started again and connected the plugin to facebook again and it seems to be functional

    However I still cannot remove it. Is there a sequence that should be followed?

    I have done:

    1. Deleted the bot on the mm web page
    2. De-activated all bots and removed the connection to facebook.
    3. On facebook, have removed the Business integration
    4. Refreshed, waited 2 hours, cleared cache, checked on 3 different browsers

    Still the app loads at the bottom right every time.

    Further reading suggests having to implement the below code onto pages; do I need to find and delete it? I thought the plugin did this dynamically?

    Additionally I get the below error on the plugin settings page after connecting to facebook.

    Error: undefined method `web_chat_channels’ for nil:NilClass

    <script async="async" src="https://static.mobilemonkey.com/js/<facebook_account_number_redacted>.js"></script>
    <script>
    window.mmDataLayer = window.mmDataLayer || [];
    function mmData(o) { mmDataLayer.push(o); }
    </script>

    Hi, @dja_440
    What is your Facebook page that is currently connected to the bot? Please send a link to it or id.

    Hi, I’m having same issues. The plugin it’s been removed and accesses revoked. I get this on top of my website now:

    window.mmDataLayer = window.mmDataLayer || []; function mmData(o) { mmDataLayer.push(o); }
