Looking for descriptions of capabilities

  • When choosing role capabilities, I’m running into ones I don’t understand, and I’m not finding in any searches a comprehensive or, some instances, any documentation at all about what any of these are.

    The very first capability in the list for Administrator, for instance, is “1.” What does that mean?

    Is there any documentation defining each capability and permission?
