What do I need in order to start customizing my website?

    I want to start designing my website with css, html and etc…

    I chose my favorite theme from the WP library, I hosting it with bluehost and I also bought Dreamweaver. Is there anything else that I need?

    In order to customize my website, do I must have local host and FTP software or I can skip it? Is it possible to customize my site on the bluehost server and not on my local host?

    Any information on local host and FTP will be appreciate. Why do I need them?
