What do I do with old media?

    Ok now I saw that:

    File renaming based on post title needs to be done inside admin on post creation or edition. Otherwise how could i know the post title?

    And the file upload needs to be done by the native wordpress media upload only. I’m sorry

    How about picking the first post it’s attached to?
