What dimensions are Featured Images in Masonic?

I am building a new blog using the Masonic theme and finding an issue with the Featured Image in blog posts. I tried transferring over 1200×628 pixel images like the WordPress, Facebook, and Twitter standard and it is cropped all the images I try to upload. Why is the Masonic Featured Image size so different than the standard WordPress? What size is it?

Minimum image size for Featured Blog Post – 570*255
