• Hello,

I am developing a custom “My Account” page for different types of WooCommerce customers (Vendors, Consumers, Manufacturers, etc).

I notice that any user who creates an account on the My Account page cannot access the wp-admin section of the website- it routes them back to the My Account page.

Whereas, any user account created in WordPress’ backend CAN access the wp-admin.

However, all accounts are stored in the same table in the database. I’m wondering what differentiates accounts created in Woo from those created in WordPress (How does it “know” not to allow Woo customers in wp-admin).

    Thanks!
