    1.what different between Open and Awaiting agent reply?
    2.Agent View VS Customer View, any suggestion to select statuses for unresolved filter in ticket list?

    what different between Open and Awaiting agent reply?

    These two are the custom statuses. You can change them according to your needs. You can add/edit/remove them from the setting (Support > Settings > Custom Statuses).

    Agent View VS Customer View, any suggestion to select statuses for unresolved filter in ticket list?

    If you are using default statues then unresolved statues for the agent would be Open, Awaiting agent reply and for customer view Open,Awaiting customer reply.
