What custom field to add to the letter

I don’t understand the question.. What are you trying to do?

There is a field in the settings https://prnt.sc/qlgu5c and I want to add it to the letter https://prnt.sc/qlguvb
So that when filling it out on the site, users would come to my mail.

Try just using %%custom_field%% should work.
