What controls whether background image scrolls or not?

    Regarding the parallax scrolling, how do you control whether the background image for a section scrolls with the page, or the image stays put, and the text, etc, scrolls over it?

    I see that before customizing anything, the Testimonials section has an image that stays put, and the text and author image scroll over it; while the top header image and text scroll together. But I don’t see a setting that controls this.

    When you have parallax section and image is added as a parallax background image this image will work as a parallax section background image, it will scroll along with the text and content of the section but with less speed, in second case when image is added as a section background image it can be configured as a fixed background and you will have the effect when image is fixed and content is scrolling over it.
    Basically, this depends on the sections, you will see options for this to use an image as parallax or as a raw background
