What constitutes a view

    Hi! We use this plugin for sidebar ads on the site and our advertisers have asked us what exactly constitutes as a “view” on the ad. I’m not finding any documentation about this anywhere so please let me know what triggers the view!

  • Thank you for reaching out regarding the criteria for counting views on the sidebar ads implemented using our plugin.

    To clarify, each time a user refreshes the page containing the ad, it triggers a view count increment. Therefore, a “view” is registered every time the ad is displayed after a page refresh.
