What changes do I need to make to change directories?

I’m setting up my first WordPress blog, for my church. I’ve been setting it up in a directory /test/news while I designed the site. I’ll be moving everything to /news this weekend. Will I have to make any changes or are there any known issues while changing directories?

The only thing I’ve seen so far is in one of the admin pages, it asks the URL of your blog. Is there anything else that I should be aware of?
