What capability allows for editing group permissions?

I’m interested in having a sub-admin role which can create groups, add members to the groups, and then set up permissions for the group (the group should have read/write access to certain categories and posts).
However, I cannot figure out which is the capability that I need to grant to this sub-admin role that would allow them to change group permissions. Is there documentation about all the pp_<capability name> capabilities and what they do?
