What capabilities are required to use this plugin?

As “Administrator” it appears all right, but what capabilities would I have to give another user to be able to use this plugin?
The custom capability “dlm_manage_logs” allows the “Download – Logs” option to appear, but is there an equivalent for “Download – Add New” etc?
