What can cause this problem with mp3's in a WordPress theme?

Does the filename itself end in .mp3, or does the filename itself end with “.mp3 – Part” ?

Can you give us a link to the post or page with the problem?

I linked this earlier and someone said since its a premium theme they can’t help. [Link redacted] but this is the problem that is happening.

Also it is worth nothing if I switch the theme the issue goes away. I’ve even disabled the plug ins and the issue still happens. So it is definitely a theme issue.
