What better plugin to send newsletters?

There are several plugins to send emails to users who sign up on the list, but I would like to know what would be the one that comes closest to what I want:
– Form in ajax to type e-mail and register on the list
– When you will join us in the blog form by default, have the option to enter addition to name and e-mail, mark a checkbox to receive news site in the email
– In the panel of administration show the full list of emails (without double), which authorized to receive the news site and have an area to send email to these users

As my goal is to send news and weekly manually, it is not necessary plugins that notify users with each new post, because this function feeds (rss) are already responsible.
