What are the short codes

    It is a good plugin to request Google reviews. But in my case, I want them to fill out a satisfaction survey for my website. When the email is configured, shortocodes appear such as:

    {{customer_full_name}}

    {{stars}}

    I would like to know the complete list of shortcodes. My goal is to directly add my URL without the {{stars}} since they send me to “Avoid negative reviews with intelligent invitation system” which I don’t want. I just want the emails to be sent requesting that you respond to the quality survey. How to achieve it?

    Hi @robertelviz !

    You can change the content of the email under the “Edit e-mail” tab.

    If you don’t need the star rating option, you can delete it and paste in oyur own URL. Also the “Avoid negative reviews with intelligent invitation system”can be disabled.

    In this plugin this is not modifiable, but if you have an account on our website, trustindex.io, you can disable this function.
