What are the "_sealed" settings?

  • Inside the file /wp-content/w3tc-config/master-admin.php there are some settings.
    ‘pgcache.configuration_sealed’ => false,
    ‘dbcache.configuration_sealed’ => false,
    Etc.

    However, changing these to “true” Does nothing.
    I am still able to go in the Admin Panel and make configuration changes.

    What are these settings for?

    Is there a way to lock the settings from changing?
