WhAt and How this note works

    what is the use of this Note in order view? i added a note from there But it doesnt change the order note in order detail nor save showing anywhere else (doesn’t matter what the order status is.. it doesn’t work).

    How is this working? and what is the use of this? and where does it show.

    It does not change order customer note, instead add a new note to the order.

    Admin and vendor receive notification when customer add a note.

    Ans is it not a bug when it doesn’t show in order details?
