What Am I Doing Wrong?

  • I set up a POP email on my web server. I tested it on MS Outlook to make sure that my send/receive servers and ports are correct. When I send email to that email address, it comes into the account’s inbox but doesn’t get distributed to the mailing group. Suggestions on trouble shooting would be appreciated. TIA.

    Check the Imap connection if its working, if it does, check the outgoing email connection settings. On mailing group troubleshooting page you can see detailed report about errors or absence of any required php modules.
