• When I enter any URL for my site in the SuperCacher Config page Dynamic Cache Status Checker I always receive the message “Not Cached”.

    Dynamic Cache is checked.
    AutoFlush Cache is checked.
    MemCache is not enabled.

Am I doing something wrong? Are there settings in cPanel that I need to adjust – I thought the plug-in handles everything. Any help would be appreciated!

@blueeventhorizon Ivan Atanasov here. I am part of the Senior Technical Support team at SiteGround.

You need to go to your cPanel -> Super Cacher. There you need to make sure that the both “Level 2: Dynamic Cache” is active for your website.

    Hi Ivan,

Thanks for the reply. It seems I need at least the “Grow Big” plan to activate Super Cacher via cPanel.

I did not see anywhere in the documentation or the blog post that lead me to install SG Optimizer that I would need to upgrade my hosting plan.

Can you verify this is true?

The StartUp hosting account can benefit from Static Caching. Enabling Dynamic Cache is not possible.

The Premium WordPress & Joomla feature is available with GrowBig and above. This is included in the shared hosting page on our website.

If you are interested in discussing an upgrade, please get in touch with us via the Support section of your User Area.
