What additional payment methods can be configured?

Hello, I see there are a couple of topics on specific payment methods, so I’d like to ask which methods are actually configurable with the plugin. It is my understanding that they could be specified when programmatically creating a stripe session, but I’ve read in a comment on the plugin page that somehow it doesn’t use the session API?
So, what payment methods can be configured and how?
