Simple question, but we are a non-profit, volunteer beekeeper site. We’re going to add a couple interesting features, and basically would like to make them available to people who have paid their annual $15 club fee.

Be a current member, have access to these website features.

Hence… can Paid-memberships-pro allow me to set access levels for people who pay at the meeting and not on site?

We don’t want to restrict members to pay annual dues on site, but would like that as an additional option.

    Thank you!

You can manually add members via the Users > Add New feature of WordPress then update their Memberships Level and Expiration Date appropriately.

Alternately, you can create one-time use coupon codes that makes membership “free” and hand these out to a user who has paid in cash. This would allow them to register themselves at a later time via the normal checkout process but have no need to enter payment.

Ooo… I like that “coupon code” idea. That is excellent.

    Thank you.
Now I just need to get the site up to the point where we can use your product.
    Crossing my fingers!
