What about 'save and view'?

    This is an interesting feature. Would you expect the front end version to open in a new window or the same?

    I would opt for opening in the same window personally. IN my experience, It’s too easy to edit the new preview window and end up with 2 edit screens! We all have different work patterns, I guess. Would an option for ‘self or new window’ be possible?

    Hi!

    I’m happy to let you know that your suggestion of a “Save and view” option in the “Improved Save Button” plugin is now implemented in version 1.1!

    The new action shows the post’s frontend page immediately after a save. You have the choice to view it in the same window or in a new window (in the second case, the same window is always reused to prevent having a multiplication of windows).
