What about plugins?

  • I haven’t run into the situation you seem to be describing: plugins that have to be activated before a Theme will work properly. In that scenario, all plugins required by all Themes would have to be activated.

    If, on the other hand, you mean the plugin-like files within a theme that don’t have to be separately activated, yes, there are no known issues with the Multiple Themes plugin automatically making those files available to each Theme.
