What about performace effect on both site when pull and push

It sounds really great, and we do plan to migrate a site recently.

What I am concern is the performerce effect on both sites, and I just suppose there might be difference server resources needed when pull and push on both server.

So, when migrating a live site, do you recommend pull or push?

It would be great if you can give us rough idea before our migrating action.
