what about google-alerts can we treat them ass RSS-Feeds?!

Yes, WP RSS Aggregator can be used for Google Alerts if you get their RSS feed.

If you need to create or get the excerpt, you’ll require at least Excerpts & Thumbnails Add-on or Feed to Post Add-on as we have explained in your other thread.
