    Hi contacted the tech support service several times. They don’t even try to solve the problem.

    The problem is not my server is your documentation related to the cron job.

    Can you reply to my question? I copy it below:

    Can you tell me the exact command for configuring the Cron Job for the woocommerce connector?

    The files you specified in your documentation doesn’t exist in the plugin install.
    I checked https://www.bigbuy.eu/academy/en/how-to-synchronise-woocommerce-via-the-multi-channel-integration-platform/
    In that webpage, it mentions …/wcmipconnector/readfiles but I do not see such a file or directory in my server.

    I see …/bigbuy-wc-dropshipping-connector/WcMipConnector.php instead.
