• Since I installed this plugin I have experienced some major problems – at least two orders have had their payments applied to other orders, and the only way I found out about it is the customers opened cases on PayPal saying they didn’t receive their items! So I investigated and discovered that someone else’s order was credited with their payment while their order was marked as unpaid, and the other buyer’s products were placed into their order. What a mess! I wish I read the other reviews here before installing this plugin. I’m going to revert back to the PayPal Checkout plugin which has always been reliable. Heed my advice and stay away from this one – it’s not ready for use, too many major bugs.

    Thanks for the feedback and apologies for the trouble.
    We identified an issue with custom order numbers in the past that could result in the webhooks not processing the right order numbers. This has been resolved a while ago and there haven’t been any other reports about it since then.
