Our development team has been working with Cyrus from the Pantheon team on the issues highlighted in the Plugins Known Issues article that you have shared with us.

Testing is still ongoing to see if the setup for sites running on Pantheon can be simplified. Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a timeline on when that will be ready.

Since Cyrus has been in contact with our team, he may know further information that could help, or you could get in touch with us for any new updates on the same.

@jrefuerzo by asking this question does this mean that Pantheon isn’t currently compatible with Wordfence? If so, it would be great if your team updated this doc: https://pantheon.io/docs/plugins-known-issues#wordfence
