Hi, using WF Central with >100 WF Sites. Simple Question: How do I recognize if one of the admins of those sites has de-installed Wordfence!?

E.h. I had 120 Sites in WF Central. Now 2 weeks later 100. Which event is triggered in the Central Dashboard to identify the sites from which WF had been removed?!
    Thanks, Peter

Hi @cmdgw, thanks for your question.

Any administrator uninstalling the Wordfence plugin from a site using the UI will cause it to disconnect from Central. If the plugin was removed by renaming/deleting the wordfence directory, it would end up in Wordfence Central’s “Connection Issues” tab so you’d still have record of the domain(s).

If you haven’t already, check for sites in that tab, just in case the server was down temporarily and caused connection issues for a number of them simultaneously rather than due to them being fully removed.

We do not keep records if a site has been disconnected. Old security events do remain in Central, but they show?(disconnected site)?rather than the site’s URL.

    Thanks,
    Peter.
