    I’m trying out WF Central and it’s great!

    The one issue I’ve run into is I have a site with a pro license. The license was given to me by a client I was doing some work for. He had an unused one and offered it to me so I could learn more about WF. Since then I’ve added WF to all my sites ??

    Anyway, the pro license is on his account, so I can’t add the site to my WF Central since I have a different account.

    Is there a way to:

    1) transfer the pro license to my account?

    or

    2) manage a site in WF Central that has a license on a different WF account?

    If there’s not a way to manage a license in another account, I think, in the long run, there needs to be a way to do that. It would be great if I could use WF Central to manage the security of the sites I have admin privileges to, even if the site owner has the actual license in their own account,

  • We’re actually working on something like that for a future release, where multiple people would be able to access the same account for WF Central. I’m not sure where in the developmental process it is right now but it is something we are looking into.

    About the other question, there are a couple of things that can be done, though I’m unsure of the specifics of your situation and that might have something to do with it.

    • If the client is letting you use the license and plans to renew it for you, then you’d have to login to their WF Central account to manage it.
    • If the customer just wanted you to have the license, we can transfer the license to your existing account so you can manage it.
