WF blocks me from updating menus

Each time i try to edit my site–like updating menus–I get the 403 error, and it asks me to whitelist if I’m sure and refresh page, but the page doesn’t refresh, and I lose my edits.

Is there a way to permanently whitelist ME–my IP, or whatever–so that this doesn’t happen? Failing that, can I turn this feature off while working onthe site? Fialing THAT< how do i completely uninstall Wordfence? I can’t spend hours fooling around with this thing that prevents me from accessing and editing my own site.
