Technical solution: great until ‘it must be your theme or database corruption’The paid Pro plugin was working for a few months. After that there was this error that the amount was set to 0 when an order was changed to ‘completed’. We created a staging environment and Yith did look at it several times. In the end their conclusion was: “we can’t help you, your database is corrupt” even if the site is still running and we have no other problems what so-ever.
It feels like “this is way to complicated and we don’t have the resources to look into this”
