Wesbite with custom members logins and direct debit payment options

Help!

I am trying to create a page that has 4 different areas that require membership subscription access.

1 – free access / no login and only a few pages visible.
2 – basic paid membership with only part content accessible.
3- Higher level of membership with more content.
4 – Full access membership.

I wanted to have this to that when people join and pay a fee – it is direct debited from there account when payment is due. I also want them to be able to create there own log ins and it automatically sets up to the level of access they are paying for.

I wanted to buy a theme and add these features to it.

Can anyone help because I am really stuck with this.
