    In my debug log this error is reported tens of thousands of times:
    [27-Jan-2017 13:42:56 UTC] We're sorry, but your theme's page template didn't make a call to wp_footer(), which is required by NextGEN Gallery. Please add this call to your page templates.

    NextGEN Gallery seems to work fine on the site.

    My theme is BrickYard by Tomas Toman which I get through WordPress. It has a left, middle, and right footer. It also has a notices footer.

    What can I as a user do to solve the problem and keep NextGEN Gallery from reporting all these errors?

    @kda406 – A quick look at the code shows the theme author is calling wp_footer() as they should … do you see the same problem if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme; or, is this just happening on specific pages on your site?

    @kda406 – Are you testing with just NextGEN Gallery and the Twenty Fifteen theme? I’ve re-checked and I do not see this under several different environments.

    I continue to see the error, and it’s the only error I’m getting in the debug.log. I did get the error when using Twenty Fifteen. However, I have now switched back to BrickYard.

    Even though I see nothing else in the logs, I suspect there is some deeper issue with this site. I’m going to leave this issue open for now, and will report back if I find anything useful. For your part, please don’t waste any more of your valuable time on it. Thank you very much for looking into the problem.
