Excuse me asafgwu while I go off topic for some minor forum item.

@clicksubhadeep I have removed your reply. Could you explain why exactly you are sending user’s to your email? It’s an important question and please don’t ignore it or prevaricate.

If you need to contact the moderators about this then you can do so via the Slack #forums channel.

To use that channel you need a Slack account. You can obtain one via these instructions.

If you do use Slack do not direct message me or any other moderator. Use the #forums channel and any moderator there can assist you.

Excuse me @asafgwu while I go off topic for a moment.

@clicksubhadeep Read this carefully please. I thought this was explained to you clearly in Slack but I guess it wasn’t.

I have removed your reply and flagged your account temporarily. That just means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will not work.

Do not ask for off forum contact again. Do not attempt to make the WordPress Slack your venue for support. Don’t. These are not your customer, these are open source users. You are not a company here, you’re a volunteer supporting code that you freely posted on this site on your own time. Support your users here. There literally is not a scenario where you cannot do that as a volunteer here in the forums.

If you consider this to be a step too far for you then that is alright. Contact the plugins team and they can close your plugin at your request. That way users can download your plugin from your site and you can support them there. That would be your choice.

If you need to contact the moderators about this then you can do so via the Slack #forums channel.
