    Is your blog on wordpress.com? If so, you’re on the wrong website: try https://en.support.wordpress.com/

    If it’s self-hosted then you’re in the right place. But I still don’t understand your question. What’s the address of your website? Are you asking how to enable visitors to your website to leave comments?

    Is it on wordpress.com or is it self-hosted?

    What do you means by “does not work”? Is there an error message? Describe, in detail, what does or doesn’t happen.
