    Dear Users,
    You are probably aware that we have released a new product – Jigoshop eCommerce (formerly known as Jigoshop 2.0). It’s safe to say that Jigoshop 1.x, regardless of our efforts, is outdated. We decided to release a separate product, rather than updating the current one, because we don’t want you, our users, to be forced to update your software – We strongly recommend doing so, nonetheless.

    I am currently trying to get a test environment (subdomain) set up so I can test out the 2.0 version on a separate website – in case there are any issues. I am doing my best to get all this figured out and the upgrade finished before the end of March, but if I am not able to get some errors resolved and we go into April, is there any free or paid support available? If I need to pay for support, do you have pricing pages so I know what I’d be looking at?
