well this needs kept updated manually by adding/updating files

If your CDN support origin pull, every time a new image/css/js file is requested it’ll be copied to the CDN transparently.

AWS[amazon] CLOUD Supports this?
you mean if supports has to be configured both in CDN[AWS] and in this plugin[WP Super Cache]?

Looks like AWS supports origin pull from a brief search I made.

Only static files are put on the CDN though, not php files.
