Well rounded plugin missing a few features, support is nonexistent

We do like this Slider plugin for its simplicity, however, there are some issues with features lacking certain controls. For example, we want to put a background on the title and subtext as a block and not each element individually. That doesn’t exist. There are also Or, setting the icon size itself so that it’s not tied to both the text and icon. We’d also like to upload our own SVG icon to a button. So, this plugin is very good in some ways, but missing some key feqtures that would make it that much better. However, for us it’s better than getting into the animal that is Revolution Slider. We needed more simplicity for editing content and not struggling with a timeline based tool.

As of this writing, I posted a support request over a week and four days ago and have not heard back. That is a very poor response time and is unnacceptable. If the goal is to force you to bury a PRO version and get support that way, then why should someone trust that they’ll even get the support them need in PRO if you can’t answer a free support question in less than 7-days?
