Well done

Nicely done plugin. Ine thing I’m not keen on: the UI is completely different from and feels somewhat alien to the WordPress standard, and I have no use for the self-made form and would prefer a solution to use Gravity Forms when it is installed (I know there are shortcodes, but switching forms solutions would feel much more elegant).
