WelcomeBar doesn’t show

    The sticky menu works fine, but I wanted the plug-in only for the Welcome Bar. I have created the content for it, but it will not show up (even when I activated the stickymenu). Is there some class ID or other setting I need to make sure it shows up?

    I realize I was logged in as admin, so it wasn’t showing. I tried it in another browser (logged out state) and it works. Sorry!
