Welcome to the support forum of the annasta Woocommerce Product Filters plugin! We will do our best to help you with any question or problem that you may face in connection with our plugin. On business days we will aim to respond within a few hours, but please keep in mind that in some cases you will have to allow us up to 72 hours to come back with a reply.
This forum addresses issues concerning the core functionality of the plugin. Kind request to the users of the premium version: for questions related to the premium options of our plugin please get in touch with us directly through the contact form of the annasta Filters admin menu section.
If you run into a problem during your work with annasta Filters, please first follow the basic troubleshooting steps to help us address your issue faster:
- If there is a newer version of plugin available, perform an update to see if the issue has already been addressed.
- Turn on the default Woocommerce theme (Storefront) and see if the problem disappears. If it does, it should mean that the problem lies in the plugin interaction with your theme.
- Try to disable other active plugins (except for the Woocommerce), one by one, to see if the problem is caused by a conflict with another plugin.
- Contact us to describe the issue.
We will consider a thread resolved if we haven’t heard back from you in over a week, are fairly confident that you have been offered the correct solution, or the thread is not related to a problem caused by our plugin.
