    This must be something very basic but I can’t find it by searching the forum…

    In the single post for my custom post type the words ‘welcome to my website’ show in the top bar. The span has no class so I can’t work out how to target it to hide with css…

    Edit: I found a way to target/hide it with css… but still wondering what might cause this out of interest…

    Chances are your theme/template files are the source of this, somewhere, as CPTUI doesn’t output anything on the frontend for you. We handle the registration of the saved content types, and that’s primarily it.
