For Twenty Twenty-Two and block themes:

Rule out plugins and theme conflicts

If you’ve found an issue, make sure you have the latest versions of your plugins, themes, and WordPress.

Please try to deactivate temporarily all of your plugins except Twentig. If this solves the issue, activate your plugins one by one until you find which plugin is causing your problem.

If this doesn’t solve the issue, temporarily deactivate the Twentig plugin. If the problem persists, then the issue is not related to Twentig.

Describe the issue

If you have followed all these steps above and still encounter an issue, please create a topic and provide the following information:

• Describe the issue as detailed as possible.
• Indicate which theme you are using.
• Enter the URL of your website in the “Link to the page you need help with” field.
