    If you identified a bug in the plugin, please report it on Github.

    Make sure you download the latest version from Github first to see if your problem still exists with that version.

    If you’re not sure it’s a bug, search the forums for similar threads and see if any of the proposed solutions work for you.

    Asking for support

    When asking for support, please include as many details as possible:

    • A link to your site
    • Any messages, errors, etc.
    • Which version of WooCommerce MailChimp you have installed
    • WordPress & PHP version

    DO NOT under any circumstances post sensitive information such as:

    • Usernames and Passwords
    • MailChimp API Keys
    • Log file contents
