Welcome pages: Registered 7 Un-registered users

Does anyone know of a plugin that will allow me to have one welcome message for guests and once3 they have signed in they get a different welcome message all together.

Have looked @ roll scoper but it does now allow guests access.

Any tips & advice is welcome!
