Welcome message not visible in Chat

    iFlyChat plugin doesn’t load at https://www.rotondereclame.nl/contact/. Is the plugin enabled at the moment?

    Is API key present on settings page?

    Also could you please tell the value of this option “Show chat on specific pages” on settings page?

    The API key is present on the settings page. The plugin itself is activated. The value of the option “Show chat on specific pages” =:
    Only the listed pages

    The chatfunction is visible on the website where it should be (/Contact/), but I cannot use the chatfunctionality. I cannot setup a chatsession with someone else who is visiting the website. I have checked the settings triple and changed settings to see if some things might work then.
    The welcome message I have put in the settings does not appear.

    What I did NOT enable is the option “Public chatroom”. The chat must only work for customers to us, to ask questions about our products.
